Send the exact configurations, quantities, destination and required arrival date. Ask for purchase-order, vendor-registration, tax-exemption or payment-term review in the same request.
Those arrangements require confirmation. Sending a PO or exemption document does not automatically establish an account, credit terms or tax treatment.
For example, 12 learners × one straight ruler, one L-square and one French curve = 36 individual tools. State each SKU and quantity separately. Add shared demonstration tools separately.

Measure straight spans, square guidelines and join short curves. Paper, pencils, body-measuring tape and cutting tools are separate.
Register a T-square to the board edge, then use a triangle for perpendiculars and 45° lines. Board, paper, pencil and fasteners are separate. Change sizes or add the other geometry in the guide.
One 20-inch black dual-scale ruler at each of two stations, with inch and centimeter markings. For measuring and drawing straight layout lines on a supported surface; cutting tools and work surfaces are separate.
